A Pacific Northwest specialty! We've fought the bears off for these hard-to-get Mountain Wild Huckleberries and blended them with our farmed Habanero peppers, bringing you a culinary delight. Our favorite as a glaze for beef, chicken, pork or fish. Try as a vinaigrette or vegatable glaze by mixing with olive oil and a few drops of balsamic vinegar. Mix with your favorite BBQ sauce and a little brown sugar - and try some huckleberry wings. Don't forget the Huckleberry milkshake or glazed cheesecake. Sure to be a crowd-pleaser!
